RF is a modern, safe and effective procedure that involves micro-puncturing the skin using isolated micro-needles emitting a radio wave - so it works on two levels - micro-punctures at a specific depth immediately stimulate natural repair and regeneration processes, and the radio wave heats the tissues, stimulating the production of new collagen fibers and causing contraction of existing fibers.

The Thermalift procedure is always preceded by a consultation – if there are no contraindications, it can be performed immediately during the consultation visit. It is performed under local anaesthesia – an anaesthetic cream is applied to the skin, which begins to work for 20-30 minutes. Then, a microneedle head is applied to the skin – automatically, in accordance with previously established device operating parameters, it performs micro-punctures to a depth of 0.5 to 3.5 mm, and the tissue is heated to a temperature of 45-60°C. During this time, the patient may feel a slight warmth.

The skin is red immediately after the treatment, but this condition disappears after a few hours. In rare cases, the redness may persist longer, even up to 3 days. After the treatment, you should use soothing dermocosmetics and SPF filters, and avoid saunas and excessive rubbing of the skin. A good result can be achieved after just one treatment, but this depends on the initial condition of the skin and a series is recommended at 3-week intervals.
